Returns

Most in stock pieces can be returned within 30 days if they are unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition they arrived.

Custom upholstery, made to order sizes, and cut rugs are final sale because they are built for one order.

If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and keep the packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund that item.

Start a return by writing sales@furnivora.com or calling (505) 685-9724. Return freight for a change of mind is the customer's cost. Damage claims ship back at our cost.
